Installation Tips

• Ensure the water level in the pool is below the fitting to be plugged.
• Clean any debris from the inside of the pipe or fitting opening.
• Insert the plug into the fitting until it is seated firmly.
• Hand-tighten the wing nut clockwise. This will compress the rubber, causing it to expand and seal the pipe.
• Continue tightening until the plug is snug. Do not over-tighten, as this can damage the plug or the pool's plumbing.
• Verify that no water is leaking past the plug after installation.
