Installation Tips

• Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning work.
• Safely relieve fuel system pressure prior to disconnecting lines.
• Note the orientation and connection of all fuel lines and electrical wires on the old pump.
• Consider replacing the fuel filter (such as part 149-2457) during installation.
• After installation, prime the system and carefully check for any fuel leaks before starting the generator.
