Installation Tips

  • Always turn off the pool pump and relieve pressure from the system before removing the old cover.
  • Ensure the new O-ring is properly seated and clean.
  • Apply a small amount of silicone-based, pool-safe lubricant to the O-ring to ensure a proper seal and prevent damage.
  • Hand-tighten the cover firmly. Do not use tools to overtighten, as this can damage the cover or the chlorinator body.
