When to Replace
- Fuel is leaking from the valve body, handle, or connections.
- The ON/OFF handle is difficult to turn or is broken.
- Fuel flow is restricted or completely blocked, starving the engine.
- Visible cracks, corrosion, or physical damage to the valve.
Installation Tips
- Drain all fuel from the tank before beginning the installation.
- Apply a fuel-resistant thread sealant to the M10 threads to ensure a proper seal.
- Securely attach the fuel line to the 1/4 inch barb using a hose clamp.
- After installation, add a small amount of fuel to the tank and check for leaks before filling completely.
