When to Replace

• Dishwasher Not Filling: The cycle starts and the drain pump runs, but no water enters the tub, often triggering a "4C" or "4E" error code.
• Persistent Leaking: Water trickles into the bottom of the dishwasher while it is off, causing the leak sensor to trigger the drain pump automatically.

Installation Tips

• Accessing the Valve: This valve is located behind the bottom kickplate (toe kick) on the lower-left or lower-right side of the machine.
• Hose Connection: Use a brass 90-degree elbow fitting (usually 3/4" GHT to 3/8" compression) if your existing water line requires it. Apply thread seal tape only to the brass-to-brass connections, not the plastic valve threads.
