When to Replace

• Inconsistent flame, popping sounds, or low pressure at appliances.
• Appliance burners produce a yellow or sooty flame instead of a steady blue flame.
• Gas odor or audible hissing is detected at or near the regulator.

• Visible cracks, corrosion, or physical damage to the regulator body.

Installation Tips

• Shut off the gas supply at both propane cylinders before installation.
• Mount the regulator with the vent facing downward to prevent water and debris accumulation.
• Use a pipe thread sealant rated for propane gas on NPT threads only; do not use sealant on flare fittings.
• After installation is complete, perform a leak test on all connections using a soapy water solution.
• Point the selector handle towards the cylinder designated as the primary supply.
